While in the NICU one of the hardest things wasn’t leaving Morgan every day, which did suck. It was taking Jodi away from him every evening.

Jodi would go in every morning, sit with him till visiting hours were over at 6pm. Then the two of us would head over at 8pm and stay till around midnight.

My friend Steve has just got a job at Animation Mentor and needed a avatar. Here’s the drawing I did for him. 

Jodi wasn’t able to kiss Morgan for the first few weeks of Morgan’s life. She promissed him that once she could, she would shower him with kisses every day. Here is proof of that promise.

I thought you might like to see the expression sheet I did for Single. When I drew her at the locker that’s when her character came alive in my head.

The drawing of Single scolding the monster was inspired one day when my wife was telling one of our cats off for knocking over a picture frame. The image had to be put to paper.

Little did I know when I came up with the idea of “Single” that there
would be so much buzz about it. Since Comic-Con I’ve had a number of
studio in Hollywood approach me interested in making it a TV show. Even if nothing comes from these talks, it’s been so flattering just to have been contacted.

Jodi and I have been playing a new game with Morgan. We stick our tongue out at him and he then stick his tongue out at us. Enjoy the footage and the fun noises he makes.

When I draw these characters, I can’t help it. I just giggle.

Jodi and I are having a blast having Morgan at home…even with all the sleepless nights. What is it about babies sleeping all day and being a wake all night?

The San Diego Comic Con is now over. It was so much fun!

I sold out of my book and all my plushies! I had no idea my book would do as well as it did.  Thanks to everyone for stoping by and purchasing one. It was great meeting every one of you.

I won’t be publishing a new episode of Team Spectacular today But instead here’s one of my first drawings I did when I was coming up with the story for “Single”.
